Feature:

First of all, all the parts are visible, which is easy to find the problem if any. And high voltage corona discharge is visible, as well.

1. With safe distance 12mm between the edge of external electrode and the white PTFE terminal, it won’t accumulate moisture in between, easy to dry up, thus avoid burning effectively.
   On the other hand, this design makes the working condition transparent. We can observe the purple corona obviously.
   
2. Seal the internal electrode and the PTFE terminal by thread, no screw used. Thus, it makes the internal electrode far from the external electrode, avoid burning effectively.
   
3. The supporter edge is 6mm wider than the sealing edge, which makes the installation much easier than the traditional design.
   
4. The terminal sealing ring with thread is made of 304L stainless steel, the same as the internal electrode, which can prevent electrochemical reaction when the surrounding environment RH more than 60%.
   
5. The white terminal and gas nozzles are made of Pure PTFE, which is durable, anti-oxidization.
   
6. The Internal silica tube thickness is 1.5mm, greatly save power consumption, increase ozone output.
   
7. Narrow discharge gap. 0.5mm. (the gap between the external of the internal 304L electrode,and the internal of the silica tube)
