The brushless high-speed motor deep well pump is one of the invention patents of our company. We apply high speed brushless
synchronous motor with permanent magnet in our pump so the conversion efficiency is high. With small size, light weight and stainless steel material, our pump is of long lifespan and good reliability. It is characterized by energy saving and convenience.
Our pump can be powered by both AC, DC solar input. Now we have SSW DC series pump and SZW AC&DC series pump.
SZW series work in AC and DC dual-use mode under which the pump can make full use of the solar energy and automatically change to AC. Because of the high-efficiency motor and automatic conversion technology, its water outlet is much bigger than other PV pumps.
There are SZW series pump of 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch for you to choose. And for this 4 inch pump, power ranges from 750W to 7500W. And we also supply other relevant supporting products, such as solar panel, submerged pump cable, PV cable, floater, PV mounting bracket, break air switch, controller box etc.
This pump is mainly used for all kinds of water supply and drainage, fountain, solar system and other field requires deep well pump as well as remote areas where city grid power is unavailable.

The Pump
The Motor
Rotor of our permanent magnet synchronous motor is made of rate earth magnet, driven by a diver which works when gap between rotor and winding differs. Pump speed is decided by its driver. Rotating magnetic field of motor and stator keep rotating synchronously.
It can work under constant power, speed, and torque with quick reflection and precise control. With constant speed, it can keep the head and flow unchanged in wide range of voltage.
Its efficiency is 15% to 20% higher than other single-phase asynchronous motor (include loss from motor and controller) and 7% to 10% higher than three-phase asynchronous motor. And if we equip three-phase asynchronous motor with frequency conversion controller, permanent magnet synchronous motor can be 10% to 13% higher than it.
It is equipped with a controller which adopts DC frequency inverter technology. This controller can protect the motor when it is over-heated, over current and over loaded.
Motor speed can be designed as required. When speed is high, motor size will be smaller and material cost will be lower.
Usually efficiency of pump body is 50%-70%, installing permanent-magnetic synchronous motor in the pump, efficiency of pump can be improved by 5%-7%.

The Controller
This pump should be worked with our exclusive controller. It owns frequency control, constant velocity and so on, so it can be pumped water under the work model such as constant pressure, constant flow, time switch, remote network operation and intelligent operation. The pump works both at 50Hz and 60Hz, and also can remain the head and flow unchanged under wide voltage, output constant when the voltage pulsation happens. As this pump is used high efficiency motor (the max efficiency for motor is about 92%), the power factor is up to 0.99. After deducting the comprehensive loss of controller, the final efficiency still higher than the well pump droved by single phase asynchronous motor.
Our pump can be powered by AC and DC solar. If connected to solar panels, it can be solar pump. Our successfully developed solar pumps can change frequency automatically. Input power can switch between solar and AC power automatically. Solar power can be fully used, which is more advanced than other solar pumps working in MPPT. Power can range from hundreds watt to thousands watt. Efficiency of our pump is at least 20% higher than other pumps.

Notice For Using Pump:
1. If pump is working on its max. Head, then pump can be displaced 100 meter under the water. Before working, please check that whether the pump is in good condition, no loose connection, no seepage and leakage of oil and no damage of cable. Use the ohmmeter to measure insulation electric resistance of pump. When the pump is in cold conditions, the electric resistance can be ≥50MΩ, and when the pump is in hot conditions, the electric resistance can be ≥2MΩ.
2. The pump power requirement is±10%. When the controller output power is constant and the voltage is too low, the output current will increase and reach the upper limit of the controller for protection so that the controller will stop working. At this time we should change the pump to manual working mode and slow down the speed a bit.
3. The pump should be equipped with its unique electric brake and switch separately. Ground terminals on the pump housing should be connected to the ground wire. Wires in green and yellow colors are ground wires and should be connected to the ground accordingly. When the cables equipped on the electric pump are not long enough and should be lengthened, the diameter of the lengthened cable must be larger than the previous one. Use waterproof adhesive tape to seal the joint.
4. Before using, connect the pump to power supply and check whether its starting and running are normal. Please note that pump should work in counterclockwise direction. Keep the pump working in short time to check whether the rotation direction of the electric pump is correct for the one that forbids rotating without water. If the rotation direction of the three-phase electric pump si not correct, then adjust any two of the power input lines.
5. The installing and hoisting of electric pump should be performed at the annular ring by the lifting rope. It is forbidden to lift the cable to hoist the electric pump. It should be more than 1m from the water bottom so as to prevent the suction of sediment and avoid the damage of components such as machine ring and impellers.
6. Pay attention to the descending condition of water level when the electric pump is working, especially when it is working under the well. Never keep the electric pump work emerging the water level or without water, otherwise the motor and other components may be damaged. Also the pump can’t work under sludge or the motor will be damaged because of poor heat dissipation.
